很多年前我就自己剪指甲，但是一直到现在效果并不理想，虽然有一点小进步。主要原因是指甲，尤其是拇指经常变得僵硬，而使指甲插进剪口变得困难，放太进会剪到肉，而指甲剪按不好会滑倒。因此我把指甲剪放在橡胶垫上，以减少滑倒发生。下为我剪指甲的视频：

伤口终于愈合了
我屁股的压疮，从五年前开始就有，不断涂药，关闭后又再出现伤口，就这样开开关关，转眼就是五个年头，直到3个月前，我下定决心，这样拖下去不是办法。
为了彻底使伤口完全愈合，不再爽爽就开花，我下重本买一台医院用的病床，幸好找到二手的，节省不少。朋友以仁送我bubble type 气垫，也让我节省不少。
病床是电子控制，可以通过遥控器坐起来或躺下去。坐起来时可以在电脑做点工作，工作不间断，保持些许收入，应付日常开销，医药费等。坐久了，躺下来让屁股的伤口松口气。
就这样过了2个多月，伤口在老母亲的细心照顾下，终于在今天愈合。但是可先别高兴，还得小心在床上度日至少一个月，让伤口完全愈合才坐轮椅，希望伤口不再开。。。也只能求天公多保佑了。

How I Type On Laptop
As a C4/5/6 quadriplegic with zero finger movement. It is very difficult for me to type on laptop, especially due to the keyboard position. Below are the 2 ways I used to "type" on laptop:
1. On-screen keyboard - I usually use on screen keyboard to input on laptop. It is quite eye tiring process as you have to look at the keyboard on the screen and use the mouse click to key in the desired characters. The on screen keyboard will occupy portion of the screen, therefore you need a wider screen for comfortable wording process.
The on screen is come with OS, go Start>Accessories>Accessibility. On-Screen Keyboard. There is a on screen keyboard with word prediction, which quite handy such as Wivik, but it is not cheap.
2. Using both hands to press on the keyboard- a finger of one hand ready ontop of the key and the other hand exert weight on it so as to push down the keys.
